20-Minute Burger Bowl Recipe
Serves: 6
Ingredients

6 cups frozen hash browns
-
1½–2 lbs ground beef

3 cups chopped lettuce
-
2 cups chopped tomato
-
1 cup chopped onion
-
diced pickles
-
ketchup & mustard (to taste)

optional: shredded cheese
Directions
1. Cook the Hash Browns
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the frozen hash browns until crispy and golden.
2. Brown the Ground Beef
In another skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Assemble the Burger Bowls
Layer the ingredients in bowls:
hash browns → ground beef → lettuce → tomato → onion → pickles
4. Add Your Toppings
Drizzle with ketchup and mustard and sprinkle with shredded cheese if you like.
Serve warm and enjoy!
