I'm Kim Perry.
Entrepreneur, personal trainer, business partner, and mom of four. I build lifestyle-first brands and help women create strong bodies, sustainable routines, and businesses that actually work in real life.
But it didn’t start polished or predictable.
During my first pregnancy, I felt disconnected from my body and unsure of what was “safe” or even possible. Everything felt unfamiliar except one thing: movement. Exercise became my anchor. It reminded me who I was when everything else felt like it was shifting.
That experience changed everything.
I became Pre/Post-Natal certified, started sharing workouts online, and slowly built a tight-knit community of women who wanted strength, confidence, and consistency without pressure or perfection. What began as 5 a.m. workouts filmed in my basement before a full-time teaching job turned into a full-blown lifestyle business.
Eventually, I walked away from the classroom and stepped fully into what lit me up most: helping moms feel strong in their bodies, grounded in their routines, and confident building lives and businesses they love.
Today, I run a fitness membership, partner in multiple lifestyle brands, and share the systems, mindset, and movement that support modern motherhood. My work sits at the intersection of fitness, lifestyle, and business because I believe women don’t need to choose just one.
