We’ll start with a beginner friendly 45-minute workout with Kim that anyone can do. Come exactly as you are. This is about moving together and feeling good in your body.

REFUEL

After we move, we eat. Grab an açaí bowl, sip wellness mocktails, hang out, and meet the women you’ll be spending the day with. 

TREAT YOURSELF

This is where our wellness partners get to take care of you. You’ll get to discover products, try things, shop, and enjoy a few extras we’ve put together specifically for Refill.

THEN WE HAVE FUN.

Live DJ. Music. Dancing. Giveaways. Just a room full of women having a really good time.
